Access Bars is a gentle, hands-on energy process. During a session, I lightly touch 32 specific points on your head. Each of these points—or "Bars"—corresponds to different aspects of your life, like money, creativity, body, control, aging, communication, joy, sadness, sexuality, and more.
You can imagine them as files or folders on a computer that store your thoughts, beliefs, emotions, and limitations around these areas. Over time, these files get overloaded and cluttered—Access Bars is like hitting the "delete" button on what no longer serves you.
It helps you release the mental and emotional clutter you've accumulated unconsciously.
How does it work?
When these Bars points are gently touched, they dissipate the electromagnetic charge of all the thoughts, feelings, and limiting beliefs you've stored about that topic. It's like clearing out your mental hard drive.

You lie fully clothed on a massage table. I gently touch different Bars points in a specific sequence. You don't need to do anything, just relax. It's not hypnosis or coaching—there's no talking unless you want to. Some people describe it as deep meditation or a mental spa.
