Special Woman's health package
Yoga + Reflexology
Yoga can complement reflexology by promoting relaxation, reducing stress, and increasing blood flow to the reproductive organs.
Certain yoga postures are especially beneficial for women, addressing hormonal imbalances, irregular cycles, PCOS (Polycystic Ovary Syndrome), menopause-related symptoms or for those who are trying to conceive as fertility support.
I offer a special long-term support package with combined yoga and reflexology sessions focused on woman's health and/or as fertility support.
How does the program look like?
A typical fertility-focused reflexotherapy plan will involve a series of regular sessions to achieve the best results. Here's what you can expect:
- Frequency: Recommended is to have the sessions weakly for at least 6-8 weeks. This allows enough time for the body to respond and for the therapist to address underlying imbalances.
- Sessions: Each session lasts 80 minutes, wich contains of 30 min yoga session + 50 min reflexotherapy, both focused on woman's health and/or fertility support.
In the yoga session we will do relaxation, asanas supporting woman's health, pranayama and short meditation. - Benefits over Time: As your body responds to the yoga and massage, you'll likely experience improvements in menstrual regularity, hormonal balance, and reduced stress levels. It can also help increase energy levels, improve sleep, and promote emotional balance. These are also the key factors in improving your chances of conception.
Complementary Yoga Postures for Fertility
Here are some examples and benefits of yoga postures we are going to practice together
1. Supta Baddha Konasana (Reclining Bound Angle Pose)
This pose promotes relaxation, improves blood circulation to the reproductive organs, and helps to reduce stress. Lying on the back with the soles of the feet together and knees apart allows for deep breathing and pelvic relaxation.
2. Viparita Karani (Legs-Up-The-Wall Pose)
This gentle inversion improves circulation to the pelvic region, helping to nourish the reproductive organs. It also promotes relaxation and reduces stress—key factors in fertility.
3. Setu Bandhasana (Bridge Pose)
The bridge pose strengthens the pelvic floor muscles and increases blood flow to the pelvis, enhancing reproductive health.
4. Malasana (Garland Pose)
This squat-like position helps open the hips, improves circulation to the lower abdomen, and strengthens the pelvic region, all of which can enhance fertility.
